These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aijaa Bot's products, websites, and services that integrate with Facebook Pages and Messenger (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Aijaa Bot ("Provider", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 108/107 SaothongHin, Bangyai, Nonthaburi 11140, Thailand. Contact: theaijaa.co@gmail.com.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (e.g., as a Page administrator), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" will refer to that organization.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform requirements, or the Service. The "Last updated" date will change when updates are posted. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be (a) at least 18 years old and (b) a Facebook Page administrator with authority to connect the Page to third-party apps. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with Facebook/Meta policies, including the Facebook Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Messenger Platform Policies. We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

Scope note (no user profile enrichment): This version of the Service does not read Messenger user profile fields (e.g., first name, last name, profile photo) and does not use Business Asset User Profile Access.
You must log in with Facebook and grant the permissions required for the stated functionality: pages_show_list, pages_manage_metadata, pages_messaging, business_management. You consent to our use of these permissions solely to (i) list Pages you administer, (ii) subscribe/unsubscribe Messenger webhooks, (iii) receive and send Page messages, and (iv) access Pages that are Business Manager assets for token issuance. You may revoke permissions at any time via Facebook settings or by disconnecting your Page in the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms or platform policies.
The Service integrates with Facebook's Graph API and Messenger. We may also use third-party processors (e.g., hosting providers, workflow tooling, or storage such as Google services) to operate the Service. Your use of Facebook is governed by Facebook's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for downtime or changes initiated by Facebook or other third parties.
If we offer paid plans, pricing and billing terms will be presented at checkout or in an order form. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Taxes (e.g., VAT) may be added as applicable. We may suspend the Service for unpaid fees after reasonable notice.
We strive to keep the Service reliable and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance or platform incidents may cause temporary unavailability.
We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including software, documentation, and trademarks). You retain all rights to your content and your Page(s). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process Page data and message events solely to operate and improve the Service.
For Page message events and configuration, you (the Page owner/admin) act as the data controller and we act as your processor. We will process personal data on your documented instructions (these Terms and your in-product settings), implement appropriate security measures, use sub-processors under written contracts, and assist you with data subject requests as described in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
When a human agent is required, the Service uses Messenger's Handover Protocol to pass thread control to Page Inbox (Meta app id 263902037430900) and may take control back per your configuration. While Page Inbox holds control, the bot will not respond except as allowed by Facebook's policies.
These Terms apply from your first use of the Service and continue until terminated. You may terminate at any time by disconnecting your Page(s) and ceasing use of the Service. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms, violate platform policies, or create risk to other users or the Service.
Effect of termination: We will unsubscribe the app from the Page (if still connected), revoke/erase stored Page tokens and configuration, and delete or anonymize associated logs per our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that Facebook APIs will remain unchanged.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR THB 10,000 IF NO FEES WERE PAID).
You will indemnify and hold harmless Aijaa Bot and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your Page content or messaging practices, or (c) your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, venue in Nonthaburi (or Bangkok, if required by procedural rules).
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including platform outages, network failures, acts of God, or changes in third-party policies.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
